ORACLE FORTUNE · LEGAL

Terms of Use

Effective: 19 July 2026 · Version 1.0

These Terms of Use (Terms) form an agreement between you and the person or entity that operates Oracle Fortune (Oracle Fortune, we, us or our) and govern your access to the website, applications, charts, AI conversations, paid credits and related features (the Service).

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing credits or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Please understand these points before using Oracle Fortune

  • The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It does not provide professional advice or guaranteed predictions.
  • Narrative readings are generated by artificial intelligence. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or biased and are not necessarily reviewed by a person.
  • Verify important information independently and consult an appropriately qualified professional before making medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, safety or other significant decisions.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement. If the law where you live requires a higher age, that higher age applies.

If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it to these Terms. You may not use the Service where doing so would violate applicable law.

2. What the Service provides

Oracle Fortune algorithmically calculates charts and related data using Chinese metaphysics systems, which may include BaZi, Zi Wei Dou Shu and Qi Men Dun Jia. AI systems then use your questions and relevant chart context to generate conversational interpretations.

Metaphysical traditions contain different schools, calendars, time conventions and interpretive rules. Results may change when you select another method, time basis, date, time, timezone, longitude, location or profile. Calculations and labels can contain software, source-data or input errors.

We may add, remove, correct or change features, calculation methods, models, credit costs or content. We will not knowingly alter a completed purchase retroactively, and we will give notice where the law requires it.

3. Entertainment and self-reflection only

Charts, readings, compatibility discussions, timing suggestions, forecasts, scores, rankings and other outputs are offered only for entertainment, cultural interest and personal reflection. They are not statements of fact, scientific findings or promises about the future.

No result is guaranteed. Do not treat an output as the sole or primary basis for a decision, and do not use it to make a high-impact decision about another person.

4. Artificial-intelligence disclosure

Narrative responses are generated automatically with third-party AI models, currently including Google Gemini. AI output is probabilistic: it may invent facts, misread chart data, omit context, repeat stereotypes, contradict itself or produce a different response to the same question. An answer is not necessarily checked by a human before you see it.

You are responsible for reviewing and independently verifying output before relying on or sharing it. Do not assume that a confident, detailed or personalised response is accurate. AI output may not be unique, and other users may receive similar content.

Unless we expressly say otherwise, the Service does not create a professional, fiduciary, therapeutic, advisory or confidential relationship between you and Oracle Fortune or an AI provider.

5. No professional advice; emergencies

The Service is not medical, mental-health, crisis, legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, relationship-safety, gambling, betting or other professional advice. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and is not a substitute for a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Never delay treatment, disregard professional advice, place a wager, transfer money, enter a contract or take or avoid urgent action because of a reading. For a medical or safety emergency, contact your local emergency services. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis service immediately.

6. Accounts and security

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and promptly tell us through an available support channel if you suspect unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Accounts, access credentials and Service credits are personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, share or automate accounts, or impersonate another person. We may require verification or restrict access to protect users and the Service.

7. Your content and other people’s data

You may provide prompts, messages, names, relationship labels, birth details, locations and other material (User Content). You retain any rights you have in your User Content. You grant us and our service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, transmit, process, format and use it only as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure and support the Service and generate the output you request.

If you add or select another person, you confirm that you have a lawful basis, authority and any consent required to provide and use that person’s information. A chart-only setting can withhold raw birth details from another account while still sharing computed chart information with the Service and its AI provider. Do not add a person secretly, deceptively or for harassment, surveillance, discrimination or a consequential decision about them.

For a profile belonging to a child, you must be the child’s parent or legal guardian, or have appropriate permission from the person who is legally responsible for the child.

Do not submit passwords, government identifiers, full payment-card details, medical records or other information that is unnecessary or that you are not authorised to disclose. You are responsible for your User Content and for ensuring it does not violate law, confidentiality, privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

8. Data processing and third-party providers

To provide the Service, we use third parties for functions such as authentication, cloud hosting and storage, error reporting, AI generation and payments. Relevant prompts, recent conversation history, chart data, birth information and cast location or coordinates may be transmitted to an AI provider when needed to answer your request. Payment and account information needed for checkout is processed by Stripe and connected payment infrastructure; Oracle Fortune does not intentionally collect your full card number through its own form.

Third-party providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices, and processing may occur outside your country. We do not promise that AI inputs are never retained or used by a provider unless we expressly confirm the applicable provider setting in writing.

The Service stores account and profile information, chart inputs and results, chats, connections, credit transactions and purchase or subscription records. Some deletion controls are available for chats and non-self profiles, but self-service account deletion is not currently guaranteed. Deletion may not immediately remove backups, security records, payment records, information that law requires us to retain or data already processed by a third party. A separate privacy notice should be read together with these Terms when made available.

9. Payments, credits and subscriptions

The Service may offer one-time credit packs or recurring plans. Prices, currency, included credits and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Stripe or another disclosed payment provider processes the transaction. You authorise the applicable charge when you complete checkout.

Oracle credits are limited, revocable rights to request eligible in-Service features. They are not money, stored value, property, cryptocurrency or a gift card; have no cash value; do not earn interest; and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash. The number of credits charged can depend on the feature, selected systems and selected profiles and is shown in the Service. Future prices and credit costs may change.

If an eligible AI request fails after credits are deducted, the Service may attempt to restore the Service credits. A credit restoration is not a monetary refund. Except where checkout states otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise, completed digital-credit purchases are final. Any mandatory consumer cancellation, refund or cooling-off rights remain unaffected.

If we offer a recurring plan, it renews at the interval and price disclosed at purchase until cancelled. You may cancel through the available billing portal; cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Deleting or ceasing to use the app does not by itself cancel a third-party subscription. Chargebacks, fraud or payment reversal may result in corresponding credits being removed and access being restricted.

10. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for its intended personal purposes and in accordance with law. You must not attempt, enable or encourage any of the following:

  • illegal, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, exploitative or rights-infringing activity; harassment, stalking, impersonation or non-consensual profiling of another person;
  • medical, financial, employment, insurance, housing, education, legal, policing or other high-impact decisions about a person based on a chart or reading;
  • uploading malware, hidden tracking mechanisms or harmful code, or disrupting, overloading, probing or gaining unauthorised access to accounts, systems, networks or data;
  • bypassing authentication, rate limits, safety controls, payment mechanisms or credit deductions, or obtaining credentials or confidential information by deception;
  • scraping, data mining, bulk extraction, automated account creation or automated access without our written permission, other than ordinary use by a standard browser or search engine;
  • copying, adapting, framing, reselling or commercially exploiting the Service; removing proprietary notices; or reverse engineering it except to the limited extent a non-waivable law expressly permits;
  • using the Service or its output to train a competing system, build a competing dataset or misrepresent an affiliation, approval or endorsement;
  • spam, unsolicited marketing, unauthorised sales activity, collection of users’ contact details, or sale or transfer of an account or credits; or
  • using User Content or output in a way that violates privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other rights.

11. Intellectual property and output

The Service’s software, interface, branding, original text, graphics, prompts, compilations and other protected material belong to Oracle Fortune or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purposes; they do not transfer ownership of the Service.

We do not claim ownership of traditional metaphysical systems or methods as such. Subject to law, these Terms and third-party rights, you may use output generated specifically for you for personal purposes. We do not guarantee that output is copyrightable, unique, non-infringing or suitable for publication or commercial use. You must review output before using it publicly.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but we will not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

12. Third-party services and no affiliation

The Service may interoperate with or link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, content or practices. Your use of them may be governed by separate terms.

References to a metaphysical tradition, software library, payment provider or AI provider do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Oracle Fortune is not affiliated with or endorsed by other charting services, practitioners or schools unless we expressly say so in writing.

13. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation. Maintenance, provider outages, model changes, security events or other circumstances may delay, alter or prevent access or output. Features may be experimental and may change or be withdrawn.

You are responsible for keeping any copy of User Content or output you need. We do not promise permanent storage, recovery or export unless applicable law requires it.

14. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a recurring payment separately through the billing controls. We may suspend or terminate access, remove content or restrict features where we reasonably believe it is necessary to address a Terms breach, fraud, non-payment, legal requirement, security risk or harm to a user, third party or the Service.

Where reasonable and lawful, we will try to give notice. Provisions that by their nature should continue—including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—survive termination.

15. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all charts, readings and output are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and any warranty arising from a course of dealing.

We do not warrant any prediction, outcome, compatibility assessment, timing recommendation, calculation, provider response or third-party service. Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oracle Fortune and its operators, personnel and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising from or connected with the Service, even if the possibility was known.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, aggregate liability for all claims connected with the Service will not exceed the greater of SGD 100 or the amount you paid to Oracle Fortune for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including where applicable liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your jurisdiction may give you additional rights.

17. Responsibility for your breach

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for reasonable losses, liabilities, costs and third-party claims caused by your unlawful User Content, your misuse of the Service or your material breach of these Terms. We will give you reasonable notice of a covered claim and retain control of its defence, and you will provide reasonable cooperation. This section does not require you to compensate us for loss caused by our own breach or negligence.

18. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, risk or providers. We will post the revised version and update its effective date. For a material change, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance where reasonably practicable or legally required.

Your continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service and cancel any recurring plan before its next renewal.

19. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory consumer right to bring a claim elsewhere, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes connected with these Terms or the Service.

Before filing a claim, each party should first attempt in good faith to resolve it by written notice through the support or contact channel made available with the Service. This does not prevent either party from seeking urgent interim relief or using a statutory consumer process.

20. General

These Terms and any policies or purchase terms expressly incorporated into them are the entire agreement about the Service. If one provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger or transfer of the Service, subject to law.

Headings are for convenience. The words including and include are not limiting. If a translated version conflicts with the English version, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.

Questions, legal notices or data requests may be sent through the support or contact channel published with the Service.

These Terms are intended to describe the current Service clearly. They are not a substitute for jurisdiction-specific legal advice to the operator or to you.
